There's no other herb as versatile as lavender.

Herbal, sweet, pleasant and relaxing with a hint of spice - this herb shines in all its applications. And since it's light on the land, we can treat our home right.

Our plants

We are currently testing twenty five different cultivars of lavender in our test field. We're carefully observing our live plants and dried buds for quality, abundance, and suitability for a variety of uses and will choose to expand with those varieties that best meet our clients' needs.

Our products

We provide dried buds & fresh flowers seasonally. We grow varieties for culinary uses as well as those prized for oil production & fragrance. We plan to expand to essential oils in the near future.

Because we are just getting started, we are swimming in flexibility. If you are looking for a lavender provider and have a specific use in mind, please do drop us a line!

How we grow

Lavender doesn't need much. We provide water daily for a short time during the first year of growth, then reduce water once the plants are established. This leaves more water in our local river for salmon & other aquatic life.

Lavender wants poor soil. We fertilize minimally & rarely - and only with certified organic products. This keeps harmful chemicals out of our waterways.

Lavender can't compete with weeds. During the first years of growth, we weed by hand rather than with herbicides. It takes a little extra work, but we don't mind. After the first couple of years, our bushes spread out and need no weeding.

Lavender repels insects & pests. Mule deer walk right through on their way to the river (we see their tracks almost every morning), and insects avoid the strong scent. There's no need for pesticides.
